A full-day workshop with the working party was initially held to scope workflow processes, Asset Metadata & user requirements.
Once the system was configured to the output of this session, there was a 2nd half day workshop and a number of smaller follow up sessions to establish final amends.
Mercedes IT in Germany carried out full penetration testing of the BTB system to ensure it met their security and data protection requirements.
Training of all users was carried out by BTB prior to go-live.
Mercedes were instrumental in BTB's development of the "Video Mark Up tool" which was delivered as part of their 1st system upgrade in December 2015 and which enables reviewers to watch and comment on both broadcast videos and recorded "Customer Journeys" around the MBUK website.
