Length/Scope of implementation: 5 months - David Tang led the deployment which required a newly configured workflow to accomodate the Advisers’ submissions
SLAs were defined for each tier of Adviser group. Dynamic asset metadata was set up enabling segregated views for different Advisers/user groups. User training was delivered using a mix of online sessions and onsite, with a soft launch targeted initially to the most active Advisers with a full roll-out continuing after that.
