Part of Quilter PLC, one of the UK’s leading wealth management organisations, Quilter Cheviot provides bespoke investment management to private clients, charities, trusts and financial advisers.
With 17 offices across the UK, Europe, Jersey and Dubai, the firm operates within multiple regulated jurisdictions, each requiring rigorous oversight of financial promotions and client communications. When the marketing and compliance teams sought a more structured way to manage financial promotions, bethebrand became the natural choice.

The Challenge
As Quilter Cheviot operates across multiple jurisdictions across the UK, Europe, Jersey and Dubai, the team works within multiple different regulatory frameworks and approval requirements at any given time.
Before implementing bethebrand, approvals were managed through strong internal processes, but there was a clear appetite to streamline operations to make it easier to manage four jurisdictions, improve reporting and reduce risk.

Quilter Cheviot adopted bethebrand in early 2025, building on parent company Quilter’s established success using bethebrand in a separate instance known internally as “MPAH” (Marketing Production & Approval Hub).

After a short bedding-in period, internal ‘super users’ were appointed to champion best practice, ensuring consistent adoption across the business.
Training sessions with bethebrand were also recorded to ensure the business had an ongoing resource for all new joiners.

All financial promotions are now reviewed and approved within bethebrand, complete with full version histories and commentary trails. Reports can be generated instantly, giving compliance and audit teams real-time visibility on specific details like total number of submissions, number of rejections and the reasons for these rejections.
