Chief Executive Officer

I'm currently the CEO at beTheBrand, where I'm focused on delivering high-quality products that meet our clients' evolving needs. Since the company's inception, I've led product development and overseen the IT cloud infrastructure powering the bethebrand application. I'm passionate about introducing new features and seeing how they bring real value to our users.

Jes

Chief Operating Officer

I am responsible for all aspects of Client Services, including scoping & deploying new clients and helping customers get the most out of their systems and the constantly evolving functionalities.

I also manage the Support & Testing teams. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks with my Hungarian Viszla, shuffleboard and most card games and was the 2018 Perudo World Champion.

Ross

Sales Director

I love working with people and companies to understand their goals and how bethebrand can help achieve them.

I started working in software sales in 2002 and have been involved in software that manages marketing content ever since. Away from work, you can find me on the golf course, watching sport or planning trips with the family to Cornwall to enjoy some vitamin C.

Karen

Client Delivery Manager
I joined bethebrand after almost 30 years in the financial services sector, having first met them in 2005, as a client, where I was responsible for setting the strategic direction, development, and management of the system they provided. Having also had previous responsibility for literature management within marketing, and leading the operations element of an internal agency, I am well placed to understand client requirements in my current role as Client Delivery Manager.

Bharath

Lead Developer

My key responsibility is to build new features and enhance the performance, deployment and maintenance of the system. I love to work on performance-related issues, especially in SQL. In my spare time, I enjoy playing badminton and cricket and Im also an avid Chelsea fan.

Simon

Lead Developer
At bethebrand I work on a bit of everything throughout the system, from the document markup tool and our document processing pipeline to the back-end infrastructure. I am a keen guitarist and also an experienced mountain biker in my nearby forests.

Min

Web Developer
I previously worked in Italy as an IT consultant in a variety of sectors, including transport, banking and finance. My role at bethebrand is very varied and I love immersing myself in enhancing the capability of the system. I enjoy classical music, long walks and exploring interesting places around the City.

Client Service Manager
The Client Service Manager role is a hybrid of a Project Manager and an Account Manager. Before I joined bethebrand I worked for various large financial institutions and I am accredited with Six Sigma Green Belt in Project Management. Outside of work I enjoy watch sports and have a passion for food and travelling.

Client Services Executive
I work within Client Services team as a support person and tester, managing the day-to-day support mailbox. In addition I manage our release process & ticketing system, plan system updates and test new releases of code and clients systems. In my spare time, I enjoy recording short videos and edit them using video editor software.

Dhaval

Client Services Lead tester
As bethebrand's lead tester I get to check out the new features and bugs first-hand. Im a natural problem solver and enjoy the challenges of setting up complex rules and conditions to automate the triggers. I am an avid cricket fan and a lover of vintage film cameras and lenses.
